2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
Remove ribs from the kale and cut into pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. (Only use enough oil to coat the kale. You don't want a puddle of it on the baking sheet.)
Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through. Should take a total of about 20 minutes to bake. (Mine took almost 40 because I put too much olive oil.)
Serve as a finger food!
