
I feel like even though my body is tired, my energy and focus have gone up. I got up this morning with my son and instead of just vegging on the couch surfing the internet after he left for school, I did homework. And yesterday morning instead of surfing the internet, I cut up a ton of fruit and made two huge bowls of fruit salad. I mean, seriously, when have I ever woke up and started doing things in the kitchen? NEVER! I am not a cooking/kitchen lady.
Today before our workout, Dan decided that if we wanted to get weighed he would do it. I decided to go ahead and get weighed and I can't believe what the I scale said. I lost SIX (6) pounds!!!!!! Although a lot of it was water weight, it was still very motivating. I worked my butt off during our workout this morning.
I am tired and so ready for bed! Can't wait to get up tomorrow morning full of energy again!
