Almond Joy Shake
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving
6 ounces of fat-free milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop chocolate when protein powder
1/2 banana
1 tsp ground flaxseed
5 ice cubes
