
Avoiding some foods has been hard for me, so instead of totally denying myself, I just had 1 or 2 bites. I only "cheated" twice today, so a total of 3 bites. Not too bad! Not as good as I'd like, but I also don't want to binge in a few days because I am craving so badly. I know my history and this is what I always seem to do.
Tomorrow is our first timed 1 mile run. However, I know I will not be able to run the whole mile. I will do my best!
