
Feeling like crap because I tried to do more walking today but 3 minutes in I was burning again in my ankles, shins and calves.
I am so bummed! I am craving! I just need to go to sleep and wake up pumped for my work-out tomorrow with Dan at Sweat Life. I'm also going to load my fridge with healthy foods tomorrow!

Hey Joslyn, definitely stock your fridge with "yes" foods! I made the mistake on Saturday of not eating for too long because I didn't have the right foods available and I paid for it! I had a headache and was sooo tired! I went to the store and have made sure that I eat on time every since and I have felt so much better!
